How many properties can I add ?
You can add any number of your properties of any type
What is the difference between the type of villa and hotel ?
The hotel has 2 or more rooms.
The hotel can have different types of rooms with different rates.
Villa (house, apartments) are rented entirely.
If you have a complex of villas, you can add them as one hotel with different rooms (for each villa) or as separate properties
How can I receive notifications from OwnerHelper ?
You can add any number of your properties of any type
Calendar
What is Calendar Mode ?
Calendar mode is the main mode in which you can get any information about reservations,change, add or delete reservations, change (and even swap) rooms for reservations.
Get booking confirmation and invoice for the client, do export and much more
Properties Filter
Allows you to temporarily remove property(ies) from the Calendar
Calendar Filter
Allows you to open a calendar for a specific date range
Date range
Allows you to set calendar for selected date range
Add a new Reservation
You can add a booking in several ways
1. Add a reservation for specific property:
 Click to Add Reservation icon under the property name
 In edit panel you can choose specific room

2. Add a reservation for specific room:
 Click to Room name in the left header of Calendar
 Click "Add Reservation" icon in appeared menu
 The corresponding room will be selected

3. Add a reservation for specific check-in date and room:
 Click to any date cell in calendar
 Click "Add Reservation" icon in appeared menu
 The corresponding room and check-in date will be selected
Add a room Repair
You can add repair date range similar to add reservation by clicking repair icon
Repairing room will disappeared from booking engine for specified date range.
View Mode
You can use calendar in 3 modes:
 Timeline view
 Monthly view
 Yearly view
Reservations
What is Reservations Mode ?
In this mode, you can quickly filter reservations by date,sort by any field, find the desired reservation by number or name, save or print a confirmation and invoice for a guest, make changes to the reservation, cancel a reservation.
Please note that this mode is also available in the calendar mode at the bottom of the screen
Filter
The filter allows you to:
 1. Select one or more of your properties.
 2. Select reservations by date range, which includes one of the fields - check-in / check-out / booked on
 3. To include or exclude canceled reservations.
All changes in the filter 'on the fly' update the list of reservations
Excel Export
Filter the required Property (or a set of properties) in the Properties Filter (upper left corner), specify the selection date period for reservations and click the Export button.
* Properties Filter is available if you have more than one available property.
Print
Filter the required Property (or a set of properties) in the Properties Filter (upper left corner), specify the selection date period for reservations and click the Print button.
* Properties Filter is available if you have more than one available property.
Total Income
At the bottom of the list, you will always find the total amount for all reservations in the list you have filtered
Search
Search field located in the upper right corner. Input the guest's name or reservation ID for search.
Sorting
Click to any field head to sort reservations by this field
Add a new Reservation
Click to Add Reservation button in the right upper corner of table
Get a Reservation Details
Click on the button with information icon in the line of the desired reservation - the reservation details panel with a lot of useful functions will open
Edit a Reservation
Click on the button with edit icon in the line of the desired reservation - the reservation edit panel will open
Cancel a Reservation
Click on the button with cancel icon in the line of the desired reservation - the reservation will be cancelled

  - configure (add, edit, delete) a property room types, rooms and rates
  - create (edit, delete) a discount or promo campaign
  - create (edit delete) a closed date period
  - create (edit, delete) a linked calendar for linked properties
  - add (edit, delete) property and rooms photos

Property Room Type Rates and Tariffs
Each room type has its own customizable rate.
The rate consists of seasonal and calendar prices
Seasonal price describes the cost of a room for a specified date range (like 1 July - 31 August)
The seasonal price is not tied to a specific year and operates continuously, like a cyclical calendar
In the Closed Date Period setting, you can set a limit date or relative period for reservations
For your convenience, you will see your seasonal rates in a circular graph
The number of seasons is not limited

The calendar price, on the other hand, describes the room rate for the exact date range involving the year (like 20/DEC/2020 - 15/JAN/2021)
If for a specific date there are both calendar and seasonal prices, the calendar will be used.
This makes it easy to create special rates for holidays, etc

Booking Engine
How can you use Booking Engine ?
The engine allows you to receive direct bookings with ZERO commissions across multiple channels

Using data from the OwnerHelper database, the engine guarantees the relevance of rates and free rooms that are offered to your future guests
This excludes the possibility of overbooking. Photos and descriptions of the offered room types are available on the booking page
It is possible to book several rooms at the same time
Compliance control of the number of guests is in place
There is a function of converting prices into another currency

The engine works only on fully protected SSL-256 channels
The guest's credit card details, which they enter during the booking, are encrypted using the AES-256-CBC method
Credit card details are NOT STORED on our servers, which excludes the possibility of hacking and loss of this data
Credit card details are available to you or your configured team members after two-step identity verification
Using the Booking Engine in an instantly ready auto-generated website
You can use your auto-generated fully functional website (see demo), in which the engine is already built-in
By placing a link to this site in google maps, facebook, instagram, etc. you will attract customers for direct bookings with ZERO commissions
You can even choose the name of the website under which it will work on the Internet
To access Website settings go to Properties menu, select the desired property and select the Website tab
You can also customize the site's appearance, text, property geolocation to display correctly on the map, and much more
Your property website will be available on the Internet immediately after you activate it in this section
Using the Booking Engine from an embeddable Booking Widget
You can easily embed the engine into your existing website
To do this, you only need to insert a few lines of code into your website code
As a result, a full-fledged widget will appear on the page of your site allowing you to make a direct ZERO commission booking
You can pre-configure how the widget will look, so that it matches the design of your site
All settings and a ready-made embed code are in the Booking widget section, in the Property settings

1. Sign into the domain name registrar account and open the settings.
2. Find the DNS zone editor and click on Add New Record.
3. Select an A-type record. Leave the Host field empty or type the "@" sign and point it to the IP address 185.181.165.53
